| CPS has recently launched the Dealer Partnership Program (the “DPP”). This program was developed in response to dealer needs in the changing subprime auto finance marketplace. |

| The DPP is designed to increase dealer effectiveness and production in subprime auto sales and finance. The DPP is based on an extensive in dealership review of your current subprime sales practices with the goal of establishing “best practices” for each step in the sales process in order to minimize mistakes and maximize efficiency and profitability. |

| The DPP is a 60 day program. CPS personnel conduct a 2 day program “installation” at your dealership then support your sales efforts during the program run time. We’re in contact with your people during the entire run of the program to be sure the initiatives introduced are being followed and you’re making more money with less hassle in subprime auto sales. |
