Investor Relations provides information regarding the financial performance of our company to our  investors and other constituencies. The department offers annual reports, quarterly reports, press  releases presentations, and other relevant data to the investing community. Loan Originations is comprised of credit analysts and underwriters. The credit analysts review and evaluate applications submitted by dealers. The underwriters review and evaluate approved contracts submitted by dealers for purchase, purchasing contracts that meet the underwriting criteria of CPS.

Servicing helps to educate our customers to the importance of reestablishing and maintaining good credit. We use a customer service and counseling approach to assist the customer in meeting their obligation. We also have an asset recovery department that specializes in the areas of skip-tracing, repossessions, insurance claims, impounded vehicles, bankruptcies and legal matters.

Human Resources has overseen the growth of the company to over nine hundred (900) employees. This department's responsibilities include job placement, payroll and employee benefits.

Operations responsibilities include the areas of account inquires, account maintenance and correction, payment processing, contract document distribution, title related issues, credit bureau reporting and disputes, and any other customer service related issues.
